RECALL NOTICE: This product was recalled by the manufacturer on December 22, 2010 due to FDA concerns about the gamma radiation sterilization cycle used in production. This recall extends to all tubes and packets of Triad Sterile Lubricating Jelly within their expiration date of 3 years and includes all lot numbers beginning with the digits 7,8,9, or 0. Triad began shipping the lots of this product subject to recall on January 2007.
We are currently working to make contact with every customer who has purchased this recalled product from STL Medical Supply. If you have purchased this item from us, please do not continue to use it and contact us so we may assist you.As such, STL Medical Supply has immediately ceased shipping of TRIAD Lubricating Jelly until further notice. If you require a sterile lubricant, we recommend Reliamed Sterile Lubricant as an alternative option.
