- Choose either Right or Left wrist.
- Size: Measured around the center of wrist:
- XS (4-1/2 in.-5-1/2 in.)
- S (5-1/2 in.-6-1/2 in.)
- M (6-1/2 in.-7-1/2 in.)
- L (7-1/2in.-8-1/2in.)
- XL (over 8-1/2 in.)
- Measure the cicumference at the center of the wrist and choose Left or Right above.
