    NOTICE: October 5th, 2011 - Several lots of this product have been recalled by the manufacturer due to the potential problem of syringe tip cap coming loose and leaking medication from the syringe. The affected lot numbers begin with the first four digits: 0240 and 1052. Only lots numbers within this number sequence are impacted by this recall. We are in the process of contacting customers who may have purchased one of these lot numbers.
