What is the Return Policy?
- All return requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase date and be assigned a return authorization number.
- Personal care products will not be accepted for return for any reason other than defect. (Personal care products are any products that are worn against the body or used for feeding purposes, etc.)
- All products covered under manufactures warranty must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty work.
- Special order products will not be accepted for return. Any non-stock item is non-refundable.
- Defective products will be exchanged only for new product of the same or like description. This applies to products that are not warranted and are 30 days old or less.
- Care should be taken in packing your return. All goods will be subject to inspection upon receipt prior to credit consideration.

How much is shipping?
Currently we offer free shipping for most orders over $50.00*. If the order is under that amount, shipping charge is calculated based on current UPS rates.

We try to ship out all orders that are received during our normal business that same day. This means if your order is placed by 4:30pm CST, Monday through Friday in most cases it will leave our warehouse that same day. That does not mean you will receive your order the same day, as we ship all orders through UPS. Because we only ship orders on weekdays, if you place an order after 4:30pm CST on Friday it will not leave our warehouse until Monday.
International Orders
Currently our web site does not calculate shipping costs for international orders. When an international order is received we calculate shipping costs and will contact you via email with the prices of different shipping methods (i.e. express, regular etc.) You then email us with the method you would like to use and your order will be shipped accordingly. If you decide you do not want your order to be shipped by any of the available methods, we can cancel your order with no further obligation.
