Our offices are currently closed due to flooding in the St. Louis, MO area. Thankfully, our offices are not directly flooded, however, all immediate areas are flooded and as a result, all roads are closed and making it difficult for our staff as well as UPS to effectively get your orders out to you.
We have a limited staff available for emergency situations, including processing emergency orders from an alternate warehouse. If you have an emergency, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your message will be routed to our staff who will do their very best to accommodate your situation.
Also, please note all orders previously scheduled to ship 12/30 or 12/31 have been addressed.
We fully anticipate the flooding will be resolved by Monday, January 4th, and orders as well as support will be back to the normal routine.
