Returns & Exchanges Summary

• Eligible returns can be sent within 30 days after contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization Number.
• Many products we provide are personal care items with hygenic and safety factors; as such, some items are not eligible for return.
• Eligibilty is determined based on the product, its use, and date of purchase. To know if your product can be returned, please contact us.
• Orders submitted to insurance cannot be returned, even within the 30 day period. Once submitted to insurance, we cannot stop or reverse the claims process.
